The Everyday Solutionist Manifesto
How to Stop Excavating Problems and Start Designing Solutions

1. Own Your Expertise
The Non-Expert Stance
We often think we need more information to solve a problem. In reality, you already hold the clues. By stepping back from the need to be the authority, you open space for the solution that's already breathing right in front of you.
2. Guard Your Language
Solution Talk over Problem Talk
The way we describe our struggle dictates the tools we use to fight it. When we stop excavating the 'why' of the problem and start describing the 'how' of the preferred future, the brain shifts from threat-mode to design-mode.
3. Lean Into the Law of Exceptions
Your Struggle Has an Off-Switch
No problem happens 100% of the time. There are micro-moments where the fog lifts or the weight feels lighter. These exceptions aren't accidents; they are the blueprint for your recovery. Study them like a scientist.
4. Ride the Waves
Somatic Calibration over Cognitive Force
You cannot think your way out of a physiological state. When the nervous system is flooded, the mind follows. We learn to drop shoulders, soften breath, and recalibrate the body before we ask the mind to solve.
5. Trust in Micro-Moments
Big Change Starts Microscopic
Sustainability is found in the smallest possible increment of success. We don't overhaul lives; we adjust millimetres. These micro-shifts are the only ones that stick when the noise of life returns.
